ME2U: What you should know
This poster was developed by over 50 children and young people from around Ireland who have lived with violence and abuse in their homes. This group of children and young people wanted to help others who were living in the same situation as them. They felt that their lived experience and expert advice may help others, and especially they wanted them know that what they not alone. They designed this special poster that contains lots of expert advice and their tried and tested strategies to keep safe both physical and emotionally.
