Residential Care Worker
A Residential Care Worker is also known as staff but you can call by their first name. A staff member called a ‘keyworker’ will take special care of you. Your keyworker gets to know you really well. I will help you with day to day things like getting up for school, cooking, taking to you to clubs or lessons and making sure you have clean clothes. The staff members work shifts, so they change most days. There are always lots of people around to talk to.
