Fostering Social Worker (Link Worker)
A Fostering Social Worker makes sure the foster carers (that’s the parents in the foster family) have a home and family where young people can be safe, warm, healthy and happy. If you go to live with a foster family, I will visit to make sure your foster carer is friendly and kind and you are safe and being well looked after; getting tasty food, clothes and the other things you need, being brought to school, helped with homework and getting time to play and see friends.
